Jörlanda's Matthias Holmgren came free and shot a quick shot against goal 18 minutes in the game, fortunately Thibaut Vandamme had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Joseph Tinglöv's late challenge caught a Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Tinglöv helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Berenjenas de Punto Fijo booed when Jörlanda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Tinglöv didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heine Weitemeyer lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 28 minutes into the match, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Alvaro Ramiréz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renaldo Segarra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th minute of the match Berenjenas de Punto Fijo got a corner. Jörlanda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dieter Denys ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alvaro Ramiréz took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renaldo Segarra. Renaldo Segarra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jörlanda's Renaldo Segarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Ramiréz in the 36th minute of play. If Alvaro Ramiréz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Renaldo Segarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Ramiréz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Alvaro Ramiréz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Renaldo Segarra having to make a save. If Alvaro Ramiréz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez was substituted for Alvaro Ramiréz. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthias Holmgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Juli Alvarez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Renaldo Segarra. That made the score 0-5 after 54 minutes of play. Renaldo Segarra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juli Alvarez in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Jörlanda's goalkeeper Renaldo Segarra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But to his dismay, Juli Alvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Juli Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87th minute, Juli Alvarez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Renaldo Segarra. The goal made the score 0-8. Renaldo Segarra was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Juli Alvarez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Juli Alvarez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. After 96 minutes Jörlanda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dieter Denys who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Behram Vacit managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Juli Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Renaldo Segarra made a huge save. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
