In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ipro Demiga Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Erik Pihlblad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pénzügyőr SE's Vencel Mezei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Keuken in the 17th minute of play. Erik Pihlblad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertil Albäck went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Herberto Mascarenhas made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ipro Demiga Fútbol Club's Laerte Guedes. In the 32nd minute, Nicolas Tomi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herberto Mascarenhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erik Pihlblad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Albäck in the 34th minute of play.
