After 44 minutes of play, Kingpins's Harry Sjö made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Brandin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when Kingpins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. A nice corner shot did that Mao Hai Zhen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Matthias Brandin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xu Xing Ting in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bixente Poli saved Kingpins from getting behind. Alexandrie CF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Patrik Beneth scored to the left of an out of position Matthias Brandin, making the score, 1-2. Alexandrie CF's Francisco Conceicão was substituted for Xu Xing Ting. The supporters of Kingpins booed when Alexandrie CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Domenech didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Francisco Conceicão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kingpins walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
