The referee showed Oscar Arevalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gorgory getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Oscar Arevalo hit a great ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Jörgen Magnusson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linghed Angels FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörgen Magnusson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Valiente in the 23rd minute of play forced Linghed Angels FC's goalkeeper Algot Ennegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gorgory's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dan Benet in the 24th minute. Gorgory's Dan Benet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Algot Ennegren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 27 minutes into the match, Gorgory's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Ødegaard came free, but Abel Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Valiente got free with Algot Ennegren in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enzo Elizardo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Linghed Angels FC's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Valiente came free, but Algot Ennegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Molander kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Gheorghe Ecobescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorgory's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Linghed Angels FC the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, Gorgory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Ecobescu to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Elizardo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Valiente to strike the kick off in the second half. Gheorghe Ecobescu kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Abel Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Magnusson in the 53rd minute of play. If Oscar Arevalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gorgory made a substitution. Paulino Araoz replaced Oscar Arevalo. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Elroy Snijders put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Algot Ennegren. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Araoz during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. For all the effort they put into the match, the Linghed Angels FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gorgory.
