The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Algot Ennegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Tönnberg in the 7th minute of the match. Algot Ennegren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Törnblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Algot Ennegren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Tönnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jonas Rosendahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Linghed Angels FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Tönnberg came free, but Algot Ennegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janne Katt made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Jörgen Magnusson sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Törnblom scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Algot Ennegren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 30 minutes, Allan Helberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sonstorps Fotboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Helberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Magnusson in the 35th minute of play forced Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper Janne Katt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Linghed Angels FC's Karl-Michael Säfström got a free kick in the 38th minute. George Molander hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Linghed Angels FC's Algot Ennegren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Tönnberg in the 44th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Molander during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Linghed Angels FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Molander to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Törnblom to make the kick off. Rune Tönnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Törnblom came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Algot Ennegren could save by the left post. Linghed Angels FC's Algot Ennegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Linghed Angels FC from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, Sonstorps Fotboll's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Magnusson came free, but Janne Katt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Törnblom got free with Algot Ennegren in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mohamed Fynning hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, George Molander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute of the match Daniel Törnblom sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Algot Ennegren skillfully saved the ball. Algot Ennegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Törnblom went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gavino Semeno kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Janne Katt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Hellström in the 95th minute of the match.
