An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Scobioalã in the 4th minute of play forced Tres Lomas FC's goalkeeper Martín Herrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UFC Puturoasa's Carlos Alberto Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save UFC Puturoasa from getting a goal against them. Martín Herrera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Juravschi's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. UFC Puturoasa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alphonso Davies in the 16th minute. After taking down the ball on UFC Puturoasa's corner Alphonso Davies fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Martín Herrera quite easily take care of the ball. In the 18th minute, Emil Juravschi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Alberto Salgado made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Valentas Kukštas sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute Walmir Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Alberto Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emil Juravschi made a kick off. Carlos Alberto Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Tres Lomas FC's Martín Herrera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Tres Lomas FC from getting a goal against them. Stefan Vanghele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martín Herrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Scobioalã in the 82nd minute of the match. Martín Herrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Scobioalã, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Sam Mendes hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The supporters of UFC Puturoasa booed when Tres Lomas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UFC Puturoasa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
