The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentas Kukštas in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Tres Lomas FC's Sam Mendes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeu Moraes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Michal Grunwalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tadeu Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Silverio Cidro scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeu Moraes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Honesto in the 20th minute of play. Angel Veronica who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Martín Herrera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tadeu Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentas Kukštas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 26 minutes of play, Tres Lomas FC's Sam Mendes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeu Moraes was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Silvestre Otsoko in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Alinborger's Mădălin Ignat. 34 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Honesto came free, but Tadeu Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Quintan charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Quintan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd match minute, Tres Lomas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Quintan to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Bîlbă received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martín Herrera came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastian Bîlbă slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 45th minute. The FC Alinborger players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tres Lomas FC were winning 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Bîlbă was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Silvestre Otsoko threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Alinborger's Mădălin Ignat quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 54 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Honesto. Tadeu Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Tadeu Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Cidro in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Silvestre Otsoko threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Alinborger's Mădălin Ignat quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Cidro in the 60th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Valentas Kukštas came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Tres Lomas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentas Kukštas couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Tadeu Moraes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tadeu Moraes was a little too slow when Sam Mendes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-3. After 71 minutes, Manuel Boroș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Alinborger and the Tres Lomas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, one of FC Alinborger:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Alinborger. Tadeu Moraes had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Martin Smeby's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Martin Smeby did an outstanding performance 72 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-4 to the right of an irritated Tadeu Moraes in the goal. Tadeu Moraes was a little too slow when Silverio Cidro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Tres Lomas FC's Valentas Kukštas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tadeu Moraes. That made the score 1-6 after 79 minutes of play. After 83 minutes FC Alinborger's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Martin Smeby who took care of the corner kick. After 85th play minutes Leon Honesto shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Tadeu Moraes and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tres Lomas FC's goalkeeper Martín Herrera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, FC Alinborger's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Cidro came free, but Tadeu Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Ilixo's late challenge caught a FC Alinborger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Ilixo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Tres Lomas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Ilixo to maneuver through the defense. The FC Alinborger fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tres Lomas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
