In the 5th minute Alejo Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Alberto Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Asier had several of the UFC Puturoasa's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Carlos Alberto Salgado as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Scobioalã in the 10th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Alberto Salgado was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Martin Asier capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Martin Asier really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Leopoldo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Scobioalã in the 16th minute of play. Leopoldo Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Scobioalã in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Bizi to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Scobioalã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. UFC Puturoasa's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After taking down the ball on Leones FC's corner Dante Mannie fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlos Alberto Salgado quite easily take care of the ball. Martin Asier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Alberto Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Scobioalã came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Leopoldo Lastur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tadeusz Pracki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 65 minute of play. Leopoldo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Scobioalã in the 70th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Scobioalã came free, but Leopoldo Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Leones FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
