Spectators: 7590 (Terracing: 5698, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 145) Jack Taylor started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 11 minutes into the game, Fabrício Lustosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Walter Gardner. Fabrício Lustosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 18th play minute Fabrício Lustosa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Walter Gardner. 3-0. In the 22nd minute, Academia Monte Gordo's Fabrício Lustosa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Walter Gardner came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Monte Gordo's Fabrício Lustosa. But to his dismay, Fabrício Lustosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Fabrício Lustosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walter Gardner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabrício Lustosa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th match minute, Nancy AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Baker to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Fabrício Lustosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Fabrício Lustosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walter Gardner was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Academia Monte Gordo made a substitution. Fryderyk Grucza replaced Fabrício Lustosa. The wind increased when Fryderyk Grucza made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fryderyk Grucza in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Gardner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th match minute, Academia Monte Gordo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Silva to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's Fryderyk Grucza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Gardner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Nancy AFC defense, Fryderyk Grucza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walter Gardner. The Nancy AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walter Gardner should have stopped the shot. Academia Monte Gordo's Dinei Sergipano was substituted for Adérito Abreu. 77 minutes in the game Noel Baker did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dom Woodman. After 78 played minutes Nancy AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sam Lowe. 81 minutes into the match, Fryderyk Grucza notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Nancy AFC's Walter Gardner. Walter Gardner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sam Lowe hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, Academia Monte Gordo's Fryderyk Grucza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walter Gardner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. In the 88th minute Fryderyk Grucza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Gardner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fryderyk Grucza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Gardner having to interfere. Walter Gardner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fryderyk Grucza went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dom Woodman during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th minute, Dom Woodman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 98th minute, Fryderyk Grucza made a precise shot to the right of Walter Gardner. Nancy AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Academia Monte Gordo had played much better football throughout.
