The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Verner Kjellkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neno Burmov got free with Christian Kerville in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Christian Kerville, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elderslie Magpies's Earl Prince was substituted for Gilberto Fernandes. After 60 minutes Elderslie Magpies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lukas Isaksson who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Lukas Isaksson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Elderslie Magpies's Christian Kerville did a great save. Elderslie Magpies's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Neno Burmov scored to the left of an out of position Christian Kerville, making the score, 1-2. Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Godo Møltoft 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. The supporters of Elderslie Magpies booed when IFK Tallkotte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis-Philippe De Fremeaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joakim Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Chaptal in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Kjellkvist came free, but Christian Kerville reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godo Møltoft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 played minutes IFK Tallkotte got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Cabello.
