Ezequiel Boniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. 57 minutes into the match, Bob Leerbels dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ezequiel Boniel, 0-10. In the 63rd minute, Bacardi FC's Roni Coryn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ezequiel Boniel. Ezequiel Boniel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. Ezequiel Boniel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roni Coryn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 70 minute of play. Bacardi FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
