The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anak Junior. C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Romaza in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Queirós in the 9th minute of play forced C A U's goalkeeper Feliberto Gonsalvo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Genaro Abendano got control of the ball when Anak Junior tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Junior came free, but Genaro Abendano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of RomoLerouX UniteD UXX booed when C A U was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Iturri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's zone, Anak Junior stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Abendano came out of the goal and Anak Junior tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C A U's Feliberto Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ender Yalçın in the 22nd minute of play. Genaro Abendano was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Anak Junior capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anak Junior really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 28th minute Matheus Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genaro Abendano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anak Junior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shao Chong in the 32nd minute of play forced C A U's goalkeeper Feliberto Gonsalvo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anak Junior kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Feliberto Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matheus Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Edwin Romaza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Feliberto Gonsalvo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Feliberto Gonsalvo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matheus Queirós in the 40th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute Matheus Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C A U's Eliseo Hurko was substituted for Ceferino Hever. After a rather tough play, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Edwin Romaza got a free kick in the 60th minute. Anak Junior's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genaro Abendano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nico González ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Nico González almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Genaro Abendano did a great save. After a rather tough play, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Horacio Gombal got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 68 minutes of play, C A U's Lucas Barcelos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genaro Abendano was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Shao Chong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Gonsalvo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Shao Chong blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Gonsalvo having to make a save. Feliberto Gonsalvo made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Shao Chong sent off a good shot on target. Pacorro Casas hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Villagra Hualde was substituted for Marcos Salazar. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Jorge Angeles was substituted for Pacorro Casas. Pacorro Casas kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danilo Osasun during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, C A U's Danilo Osasun got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience was convinced that Matheus Queirós's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliberto Gonsalvo was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the game, Ender Yalçın lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Feliberto Gonsalvo.
