When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Bârsan made a kick off. Longobarda were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manuel Zărnescu took the corner. After taking down the ball on Longobarda's corner Manuel Zărnescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vlad Covrig quite easily take care of the ball. Vlad Covrig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Longobarda walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
