In the 4th minute, Zebastian Bergfeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Löv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakov Cvjetković. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan de Vlieger in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan de Vlieger got free with Jens-Ola Löv in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Zebastian Bergfeldt came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zebastian Bergfeldt couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt Petersson got free with Jens-Ola Löv in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Olof Hjortsberg hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Jens-Ola Löv threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jan de Vlieger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 32 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Caiola came free, but Jens-Ola Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Zebastian Bergfeldt got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Broberg. The Julias Rascals Apeldoorn fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Zebastian Bergfeldt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zebastian Bergfeldt to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Zero Hedge's Arman Sjögren got a free kick in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt Petersson in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jens-Ola Löv saved Zero Hedge from getting behind. Emiliano Caiola took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Löv. Jens-Ola Löv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Caiola in the 59th minute of play forced Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Löv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Bergfeldt in the 61st minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Zebastian Bergfeldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Julias Rascals Apeldoorn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 66th minute, Karel Kimman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Ola Löv was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. If Jan de Vlieger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jan de Vlieger came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Julias Rascals Apeldoorn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan de Vlieger couldn't finish the play. Arman Sjögren kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The supporters of Julias Rascals Apeldoorn booed when Zero Hedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralph Roeles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gottfrid Stenman in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Löv, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Hans Nordström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Caiola in the 94th minute of play forced Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
