Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) 3 minutes into the match, Quilaquina AFC's Feliberto Pitin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glyn Wedlock narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Quilaquina AFC's Saul Favila got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 16 played minutes Hans-Kristian Aanes rounded Quilaquina AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Dinescu in the 18th minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glyn Wedlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Nardo in the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Quilaquina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when William Knutsen came free, but Baldomiro Cibran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glyn Wedlock came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Quilaquina AFC's Feliberto Nardo. But to his dismay, Feliberto Nardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Harri in the 31st minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Cibran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Knutsen in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Sagene IF booed when Quilaquina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Aresti didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans-Kristian Aanes made a kick off. Glyn Wedlock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Pitin in the 52nd minute of play. If Ivan Óbolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Dinescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Glyn Wedlock made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Sagene IF's Nils-Arne Hannestad got a free kick in the 61st minute. Feliberto Nardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Glyn Wedlock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baldomiro Cibran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Óbolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Baldomiro Cibran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Sobera in the 71st minute of the match. Glyn Wedlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Pitin in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goalkeeper Glyn Wedlock had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliberto Nardo. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliberto Nardo couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Quilaquina AFC were awarded a corner. Saul Favila went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Feliberto Pitin advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 90th minute. Quilaquina AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sagene IF's much stronger midfield.
