Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hans-Kristian Aanes made the kick off which started today's match. Glyn Wedlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeusz Poling, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. After 14 played minutes Cielii FC got a freekick which was hit by Marian Wierzbicki. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Christer Kinn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sagene IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Christer Kinn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Songur Çelikyay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cielii FC:s Songur Çelikyay showed great skill when he stopped Ivan Óbolo:s penalty. Sagene IF's Hans-Kristian Aanes got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Torstein Solli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Songur Çelikyay came out and tried to block the shot, but Torstein Solli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 30th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Marian Wierzbicki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Glyn Wedlock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Tadeusz Poling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sagene IF's Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cielii FC's goalie prevented a goal. Sagene IF's Glyn Wedlock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Rey in the 43rd minute of play. Glyn Wedlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeusz Poling in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Hans-Kristian Aanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songur Çelikyay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sagene IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivan Óbolo in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manolo Rey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Cielii FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Kristian Aanes came free, but Songur Çelikyay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manolo Rey came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Glyn Wedlock could save by the left post. After 56 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Óbolo. Torstein Solli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Songur Çelikyay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Andrzej Bryk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Songur Çelikyay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Hans-Kristian Aanes came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Sagene IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans-Kristian Aanes couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute Torstein Solli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songur Çelikyay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Songur Çelikyay saved Cielii FC from getting behind. The supporters of Sagene IF booed when Cielii FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Radzyminski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 played minutes Cielii FC got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Radzyminski. Kjell Ekeli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sagene IF had won after a very even match.
