The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Squall FC's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Luar came free, but Dário Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Viana came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Del Kllejon FC's Algot Sundin. But to his dismay, Algot Sundin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Faustino Luar notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Squall FC's Dário Viana. Dário Viana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the match, Squall FC's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Luar came free, but Dário Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Squall FC defense, Algot Sundin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dário Viana. The Squall FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dário Viana should have stopped the shot. Dário Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Sundin in the 14th minute of the match. Squall FC's Dário Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algot Sundin in the 16th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Squall FC's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Luar came free, but Dário Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Sundin in the 22nd minute of the match. 22 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Los Del Kllejon FC's Algot Sundin fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Squall FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Luar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Dário Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Sundin in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Luar in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dário Viana saved Squall FC from getting behind. Dário Viana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Algot Sundin's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 46th minute Ismael Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Squall FC's Carlos Alberto Gerber got a free kick in the 48th minute.

After 54 minutes of play, Los Del Kllejon FC's Abel Normando made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dário Viana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Algot Sundin scored 0-9 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dário Viana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Squall FC's goalkeeper Dário Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Normando. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Abel Normando put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Dário Viana. In the 68th minute, Abel Normando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dário Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. Abel Normando took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dário Viana. Dário Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Dário Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Sundin in the 73rd minute of play. Los Del Kllejon FC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Squall FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Bizi took the corner.
