Ben Dillemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Javier Turi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Legia Stavanger's goal looked a bit too open when Arnauld Van Eycke came free, but Slavcho Kanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Legia Stavanger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Tømmervik to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnauld Van Eycke in the 20th minute of play forced Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Slavcho Kanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes Legia Stavanger got a freekick which was hit by Gjermund Viste. Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Winksele 2016 from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans got control of the ball when Orest Bredun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Javier Turi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ben Dillemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Turi in the 51st minute of play. After 67 played minutes Winksele 2016 got a freekick which was hit by Big Hulk. 69 minutes into the match, Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Slavcho Kanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnauld Van Eycke. Arnauld Van Eycke in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Slavcho Kanov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Legia Stavanger's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arnauld Van Eycke was slow to take the kick. During this time Winksele 2016's players had a chance to rest. Big Hulk was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Slavcho Kanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Big Hulk, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Legia Stavanger's Slavcho Kanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Legia Stavanger from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute Thibaud Segers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavcho Kanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Legia Stavanger's Orest Bredun made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ben Dillemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes in the game Humberto Passos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gjermund Viste. Arnauld Van Eycke came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Slavcho Kanov could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Arnauld Van Eycke took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Slavcho Kanov to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Winksele 2016's zone, Alfred Klawki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ben Dillemans came out of the goal and Alfred Klawki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Slavcho Kanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quirin Brauer in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Winksele 2016 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Legia Stavanger.
