Spectators: 7449 (Terracing: 5588, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gheorghe Herea made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Brink's goalkeeper Pompiliu Zmărăndescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 4th minute Nippur de Lagash 2 were awarded a corner. Israel Oliviero went to the cornerflag to take it. 6 minutes into the match, FC Brink's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Lehen came free, but Pompiliu Zmărăndescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Brink defense, Casimiro Cordarell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. The FC Brink fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pompiliu Zmărăndescu should have stopped the shot. Nippur de Lagash 2's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Gheorghe Herea scored to the left of an out of position Tito Chayo, making the score, 1-2. Casimiro Cordarell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Brink's Pompiliu Zmărăndescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo De Mitri in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Călin Macrea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes of play, Nippur de Lagash 2's Casimiro Cordarell made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute Hernan Lehen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Zmărăndescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Macrea kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Nippur de Lagash 2's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Israel Oliviero in the 35th minute. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Cordarell in the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to FC Brink getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Iulian Udrescu hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, Casimiro Cordarell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the game, FC Brink's Gheorghe Herea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tito Chayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. When Casimiro Cordarell came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Nippur de Lagash 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Cordarell couldn't finish the play. Israel Oliviero hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo got control of the ball when Gheorghe Herea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Hernan Lehen came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Nippur de Lagash 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernan Lehen couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd match minute, Nippur de Lagash 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino De Mitri to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th play minute Israel Oliviero came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. 2-5. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Mumuleanu in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Nippur de Lagash 2's Casimiro Cordarell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-6. A hard shot 67 in the game by Casimiro Cordarell from a close distance when the talented Pompiliu Zmărăndescu managed to make a qualified save. FC Brink's players were relieved. After 71 minutes of play, Nippur de Lagash 2's Casimiro Cordarell made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reynaldo De Mitri kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Herea notched a goal, 3-7, to the right of Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo. Tito Chayo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Segundo Oro took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pompiliu Zmărăndescu. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-8. Pompiliu Zmărăndescu was a little too slow when Casimiro Cordarell got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 3-9. FC Brink's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iulian Udrescu in the 86th minute. Călin Macrea hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Oliviero in the 88th minute of play forced FC Brink's goalkeeper Pompiliu Zmărăndescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelian Voinea made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nippur de Lagash 2's Segundo Oro. A collision led to FC Brink getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jair Bostan hit a great ball.
