Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernan Lehen to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Casimiro Cordarell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ivo Guterres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Oro in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to SC Freiburg 09 getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Máximo Lameiras hit a great ball. Nippur de Lagash 2's attentive Israel Oliviero managed to snatch the ball when Máximo Lameiras made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. When Israel Oliviero fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nippur de Lagash 2's protests and gave Israel Oliviero a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Freiburg 09 booed when Nippur de Lagash 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Oliviero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Nippur de Lagash 2's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Leal came free, but Tito Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
