Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Walter Nyman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raul Leal took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Nyman. Walter Nyman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's Raul Leal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Nyman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walter Nyman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Leal in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Snubbinhoz FC's Billy Fastesson got a free kick in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abílio Passos in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Nyman saved Snubbinhoz FC from getting behind. SC Freiburg 09's attack was well implemented in the 35th minute, but when Raul Leal was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Bragança in the 36th minute of play forced Snubbinhoz FC's goalkeeper Walter Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig-Arne Sandström to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Snubbinhoz FC's zone, Raul Leal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Nyman came out of the goal and Raul Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 53 minutes, Raul Leal made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Snubbinhoz FC's Walter Nyman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Snubbinhoz FC booed when SC Freiburg 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Máximo Lameiras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walter Nyman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Leal went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 64 minutes, Folke Rydelius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Snubbinhoz FC and the SC Freiburg 09 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raul Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Walter Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Raul Leal sped through Snubbinhoz FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walter Nyman. In the 86th minute, Raul Leal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Freiburg 09 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Raul Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 91 minutes, Raul Leal made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Snubbinhoz FC's Walter Nyman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC Freiburg 09 fully deserved thier win.
