The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Everardo Quinton charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Everardo Quinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to S4dm F.C. getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Everardo Quinton hit a great ball. After 4th play minutes Dudu Meira shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Elvio Florinio and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 6th minute, Pedro Luiz Ferreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Florinio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 10th minute, Sandrinho Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elvio Florinio was a little too slow when Sandrinho Hoffmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 3-0. The supporters of Estrela Solitária booed when S4dm F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Estevon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, S4dm F.C.'s Everardo Quinton got a free kick in the 17th minute. Chicão Amorim took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elvio Florinio. S4dm F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elvio Florinio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho Hoffmann in the 19th minute of the match. Elvio Florinio was a little too slow when Sandrinho Hoffmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 4-0. S4dm F.C.'s Elvio Florinio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save S4dm F.C. from getting a goal against them. When Omar Errapel fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S4dm F.C.'s protests and gave Omar Errapel a yellow card for diving instead. Omar Errapel kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th play minute Sandrinho Hoffmann came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elvio Florinio. 5-0. Thanks to some nice moves Sandrinho Hoffmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Elvio Florinio however easily saved by the left post. Elvio Florinio was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Sandrinho Hoffmann capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sandrinho Hoffmann really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. 37 minutes into the game, Dudu Meira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Elvio Florinio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Segundo Ortzi charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Ortzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes S4dm F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Ortzi. Thanks to some nice moves Sandrinho Hoffmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Elvio Florinio however easily saved by the left post. 46 minutes into the game, Dudu Meira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Elvio Florinio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Millano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Estrela Solitária's Willian Gaúcho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elvio Florinio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. 58 minutes into the game, Dudu Meira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Elvio Florinio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, Sandrinho Hoffmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estrela Solitária fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha was substituted for Sandrinho Hoffmann. The supporters of Estrela Solitária booed when S4dm F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Goizeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Túlio Maravilha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Elvio Florinio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the S4dm F.C. defense, Túlio Maravilha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvio Florinio. The S4dm F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Florinio should have stopped the shot. After 76 minutes of play, Estrela Solitária's Túlio Maravilha made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elvio Florinio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Túlio Maravilha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elvio Florinio was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Elvio Florinio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dudu Meira went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. In the 86th minute, Túlio Maravilha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Florinio was frozen by the shot and now it was 16-0. 89 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Ferreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elvio Florinio. S4dm F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Luiz Ferreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 17-0. Túlio Maravilha took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Florinio. Elvio Florinio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 18-0. Elvio Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Túlio Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Estrela Solitária were the better team. Estrela Solitária's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
