The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Remedios SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Xzaiver Cabalar scored to the left of an out of position Bunda Lele, making the score, 1-0. Bunda Lele made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ottó Demeter sent off a good shot on target. 9 minutes into the match, Remedios SC's goalkeeper Bunda Lele had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Bizen. Bunda Lele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Bizen in the 9th minute of play. Aristides Quinteros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bunda Lele having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omer Dolar in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bunda Lele saved Remedios SC from getting behind. After 20 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Wincent Wawro. 23 minutes into the match, Nadie nos Para's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Magalhães came free, but Gregorio Illart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remedios SC were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Nadie nos Para's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luisão Ribeiro took the corner. In the 28th match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Xzaiver Cabalar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bunda Lele. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. Bunda Lele made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Lorenzo Bizen sent off a good shot on target. Remedios SC's Bunda Lele proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Remedios SC from getting a goal against them. Nadie nos Para's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omer Dolar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bunda Lele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Bizen in the 53rd minute of the match. Bunda Lele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Quinteros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Nadie nos Para's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Magalhães came free, but Gregorio Illart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xzaiver Cabalar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remedios SC's Bunda Lele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Bizen in the 63rd minute of play. Nadie nos Para's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xzaiver Cabalar in the 64th minute. Xzaiver Cabalar made a great header on Nadie nos Para's corner, it was just that Remedios SC's Bunda Lele managed to reach the ball for a save. Wincent Wawro came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gregorio Illart could save by the left post. Luisão Ribeiro hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Remedios SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Nadie nos Para's Ottó Demeter got a free kick in the 71st minute. Remedios SC's Luisão Ribeiro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 71st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gregorio Illart but with some difficulty. The supporters of Nadie nos Para booed when Remedios SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chivu Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Aureliano Lastur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nadie nos Para's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Lastur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bunda Lele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 96th minute Omer Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bunda Lele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
