With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cătălin Gârniceanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute Pana Rama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Ocariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Geronimo Izotz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cătălin Gârniceanu. The goal made the score 1-0. Cătălin Gârniceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zadornin Alberdi in the 21st minute of the match. When Zadornin Alberdi came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the CANTERANOS DMS fans jumped to their feet. Eagle FC's Cătălin Gârniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zadornin Alberdi in the 32nd minute of play. Albinas Dumskis hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Albinas Dumskis's late challenge caught a Eagle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albinas Dumskis helped the player get up and apologised. 44 minutes into the match, Eagle FC's goalkeeper Cătălin Gârniceanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geronimo Izotz. If Geronimo Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eagle FC made a substitution. Sahit Bajrami replaced Benjamin Fernado. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pana Rama to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonides Ocariz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekrem Tapa in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Ekrem Tapa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CANTERANOS DMS's Leonides Ocariz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of CANTERANOS DMS booed when Eagle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zamir Osja didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cătălin Gârniceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sotiraq Shelgu hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match.
