Luís Paulo Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thibaut Bernadet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes of play, corsaire nantais's Thibaut Bernadet made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Paulo Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niceto Xacintu was the one to do the kick off. After taking down the ball on corsaire nantais's corner Mamadou Clermont fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luís Paulo Romero quite easily take care of the ball. Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Siggman in the 59th minute of play. Luís Paulo Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thibaut Bernadet, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Siggman in the 67th minute of play. Tobias Siggman took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Paulo Romero.
