Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) SeleSantos FC's Leif Törnqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Hector Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Funebrero FC's Eustaquio Caitano got a free kick in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Leif Törnqvist sped through Funebrero FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodrigo Ongile. Jacobo Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rodrigo Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basilio Valiente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Dinei Pinheiro made a huge save. After some careless play in the Funebrero FC defense, Jacobo Casado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Ongile. The Funebrero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Ongile should have stopped the shot. Funebrero FC's Rodrigo Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Törnqvist in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Funebrero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson Terra came free, but Rodrigo Ongile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Törnqvist in the 33rd minute of play forced Funebrero FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Ongile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Leif Törnqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrigo Ongile was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Niilo Mikkola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Ongile having to interfere. Leif Törnqvist took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo Ongile. Rodrigo Ongile dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basilio Valiente was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niilo Mikkola got free with Rodrigo Ongile in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niilo Mikkola took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo Ongile. Rodrigo Ongile dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Rodrigo Ongile made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niilo Mikkola in the 64th minute. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Funebrero FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niilo Mikkola was slow to take the kick. During this time SeleSantos FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Leif Törnqvist managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The audience was convinced that Jacobo Casado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo Ongile was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, Pedrão Godoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rodrigo Ongile. The goal made the score 0-8. With a little luck, Funebrero FC's Rodrigo Ongile got control of the ball when Daniel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Ongile came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by SeleSantos FC's Jacobo Casado. But to his dismay, Jacobo Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. In the 77th minute, Mati Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Funebrero FC's Eustaquio Caitano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eustaquio Caitano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Funebrero FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eustaquio Caitano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Eustaquio Caitano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Niilo Mikkola took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Ongile. Funebrero FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Pedrão Godoi took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Rodrigo Ongile to make any attempt to save it. In the 89th play minute Leif Törnqvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rodrigo Ongile. 0-12. Rodrigo Ongile made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jacobo Casado sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded SeleSantos FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Funebrero FC.
