After some careless play in the Juventud Antoniana defense, Zlatan Messi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Demario. The Juventud Antoniana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Demario should have stopped the shot. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper Radu Corocăescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giorgos Maragozis during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kerkyra FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Giorgos Maragozis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trayan Davchev in the 21st minute of play forced Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper Radu Corocăescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radu Corocăescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lobo Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zlatan Messi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Celso Demario made a huge save. When Zlatan Messi came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Kerkyra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zlatan Messi couldn't finish the play. After 43 minutes of play, Kerkyra FC's Erli Haaland made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Demario was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lobo Lobo to strike the kick off in the second half. Eugenio Abeitia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Radu Corocăescu made a huge save. With a little luck, Kerkyra FC's Radu Corocăescu got control of the ball when Eugenio Abeitia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kerkyra FC's Radu Corocăescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trayan Davchev in the 55th minute of play. Celso Demario came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kerkyra FC's Zlatan Messi. Erli Haaland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Celso Demario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kerkyra FC fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Kerkyra FC's Zlatan Messi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zlatan Messi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Demario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
