Ismael Baumer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Micael having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Club de la Serpiente's goalkeeper Guaberto Micael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Baumer. Natalio Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy De Witte in the 16th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Tierra del Fuego FC's Ismael Baumer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Guaberto Micael. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. Alvaro Jordy made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tierra del Fuego FC's Orlando Dabi. Club de la Serpiente's Guaberto Micael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Club de la Serpiente from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Club de la Serpiente getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Anastasio Pacho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Baumer in the 36th minute of play forced Club de la Serpiente's goalkeeper Guaberto Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Baumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Micael having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Tierra del Fuego FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roy De Witte came free, but Natalio Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Tierra del Fuego FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Dabi. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ismael Baumer made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tierra del Fuego FC booed when Club de la Serpiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy De Witte didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ismael Baumer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club de la Serpiente's Guaberto Micael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roy De Witte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natalio Heli having to make a save. 54 minutes into the match, Tierra del Fuego FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roy De Witte came free, but Natalio Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tierra del Fuego FC's Ismael Baumer got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62ndth minute of the game Ismael Baumer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club de la Serpiente's Guaberto Micael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Roy De Witte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club de la Serpiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy De Witte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tierra del Fuego FC made a substitution. Conrado Florian replaced Enrique Urtats. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Iturri in the 68th minute of play forced Club de la Serpiente's goalkeeper Guaberto Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Micael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Iturri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Iturri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Guaberto Micael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Celedonio Espiridion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angelo Iturri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tierra del Fuego FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Club de la Serpiente to leave the ground with a draw.
