In the 13th minute, Kanu Kanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Snell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience was convinced that Kanu Kanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Snell was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Joshua Sammut Castelletti put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mattias Snell. Mattias Snell came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pepsi's Joshua Sammut Castelletti. But to his dismay, Joshua Sammut Castelletti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. The audience was convinced that Joshua Sammut Castelletti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattias Snell was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. There was no doubt that FC Pepsi were the better team. FC Pepsi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
