The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Santos de Buenos Aires FC. When Josue Montemayor got free in front of the goal in the 93rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Feliciano Ayala was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Santos de Buenos Aires FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
