One of Vila Aurora FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Injuries:s goal. Vila Aurora FC's Chicão Leal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Vila Aurora FC from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute, Mads Aarum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chicão Leal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 26 minutes of play, Injuries's Mads Aarum made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chicão Leal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vila Aurora FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nikki Vesternæs was slow to take the kick. During this time Injuries's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Nikki Vesternæs got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chicão Leal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 41st minute Mads Aarum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Wolfgang Thøstrup managed to get in a good position for a shot. Injuries's supporters rose to their feet, but Wolfgang Thøstrup was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chicão Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Runar Flou to strike the kick off in the second half. Wolfgang Thøstrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão Leal having to interfere. Injuries's Bobbi Sagi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Injuries from getting a goal against them. Naldo Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Bobbi Sagi made a huge save. Chicão Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mads Aarum in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Mads Aarum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvinho de Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. When Mads Aarum came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Injuries fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mads Aarum couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Nikki Vesternæs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila Aurora FC's Chicão Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mads Aarum in the 74th minute of play. Silvinho de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bobbi Sagi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Orzaize in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bobbi Sagi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Injuries's Wolfgang Thøstrup sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chicão Leal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Vila Aurora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Filipo to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mads Aarum in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Vila Aurora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mads Aarum came free, but Chicão Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Runar Flou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Chicão Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Vila Aurora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Runar Flou came free, but Chicão Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Injuries booed when Vila Aurora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Filipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Injuries had won after a very even match.
