Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Boruc in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Toacsen in the 8th minute of play forced ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goalkeeper Matias Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Rasnita defense, Piotr Osikowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavius Ferenț. The Rasnita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavius Ferenț should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Rasnita getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gică Iftimescu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Benito Laurin tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Matias Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cunea in the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Rasnita getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Gigel Apăvăloaie hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Boruc in the 18th minute of play forced Rasnita's goalkeeper Flavius Ferenț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Alex Cunea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Matias Čech was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matias Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Vanghelie, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Radu Macri came free, but Matias Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaká Ferreira charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Toacsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Čech was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Gigel Apăvăloaie with Rareș Vanghelie as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 67 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goalkeeper Matias Čech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Toacsen. 78 minutes into the match, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Toacsen came free, but Matias Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Iker Boruc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rasnita players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
