Spectators: 7591 (Terracing: 5694, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emanuel Ogășanu kicked off to start the match. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Sílvio Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Ogășanu in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Ogășanu came free, but Sílvio Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Emanuel Ogășanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Fontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some careless play in the Riva’s Jaguar On The Back defense, Emanuel Ogășanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sílvio Fontes. The Riva’s Jaguar On The Back fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sílvio Fontes should have stopped the shot. Sílvio Fontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Milanese went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Angelo Milanese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 24thth minute of the game Emanuel Ogășanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Sílvio Fontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Emanuel Ogășanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sílvio Fontes. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Ogășanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 36thth minute of the game Emanuel Ogășanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Sílvio Fontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Sydney FC were awarded a corner. Ferdinand Mendy went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Emanuel Ogășanu at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Riva’s Jaguar On The Back. 0-8. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Ogășanu in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sílvio Fontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Emanuel Ogășanu put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Sílvio Fontes. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Ogășanu in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sílvio Fontes saved Riva’s Jaguar On The Back from getting behind. Emanuel Ogășanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Özal Paye made a kick off. If Emanuel Ogășanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the match, Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's goalkeeper Sílvio Fontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Ogășanu. Sílvio Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Önder Cebi in the 55th minute of play. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Sílvio Fontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Riva’s Jaguar On The Back from getting a goal against them. With his leg Sílvio Fontes managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Sydney FC's Emanuel Ogășanu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Emanuel Ogășanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sílvio Fontes was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Emanuel Ogășanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Sydney FC's Guy Rothe was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sílvio Fontes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 74th minute, Angelo Milanese left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sydney FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Emílio Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's supporters rose to their feet, but Emílio Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Titz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sílvio Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Ogășanu in the 86th minute. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Emanuel Ogășanu put it in 0-15 from a short distance just to the right of Sílvio Fontes. Sílvio Fontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Ogășanu's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guy Rothe got free with Sílvio Fontes in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Sydney FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Riva’s Jaguar On The Back throughout the match.
