The Riva’s Jaguar On The Back fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Emílio Magalhães looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kristian Albom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Torekov booed when Riva’s Jaguar On The Back was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomé Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Özal Paye notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Torekov's Kristian Albom. Kristian Albom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's goalkeeper Sílvio Fontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulf Ersman. Leif Blixt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Mădălin Tunar put in a rough tackle. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Riva’s Jaguar On The Back! Riva’s Jaguar On The Back:s Sílvio Fontes showed great skill when he stopped Elof Karlsson:s penalty. Torekov were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elof Karlsson took the corner. Elof Karlsson made a great header on Torekov's corner, it was just that Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Sílvio Fontes managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Emílio Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's supporters rose to their feet, but Emílio Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Albom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristian Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Magalhães in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Emílio Magalhães came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guilherme da Silveira shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Guilherme da Silveira sped through Torekov's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kristian Albom. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulf Ersman to make the kick off. Chicão Meireles scored 1-4 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Albom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute, Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Özal Paye dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. After a rather tough play, Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's Jonathan Vargas got a free kick in the 61st minute. Narciso Toscano charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Toscano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Riva’s Jaguar On The Back got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Toscano. Sílvio Fontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulf Ersman's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Torekov's Kristian Albom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Torekov from getting a goal against them. Kristian Albom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chicão Meireles went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. After 74 played minutes Torekov got a freekick which was hit by Allan Säf. 77 minutes into the game, Emílio Magalhães recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristian Albom. Emílio Magalhães showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. After having played for 81 minutes, Emílio Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emílio Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Özal Paye came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Özal Paye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Emílio Magalhães could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Kristian Albom however easily saved by the left post. Özal Paye was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Özal Paye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emílio Magalhães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Kristian Albom made a huge save. Kristian Albom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Riva’s Jaguar On The Back played a much better game than Torekov and deserved their victory. The Torekov players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
