The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Robert Andrzejewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rasmus Sigman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milosz Nakoneczny was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Joakim Vennerlund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joakim Vennerlund really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 15th minute, Fábio Brites reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Milosz Nakoneczny. The goal made the score 4-0. Joakim Vennerlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Milosz Nakoneczny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Vennerlund. Milosz Nakoneczny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Walmarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Robert Andrzejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio Brites who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Milosz Nakoneczny when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Newcastle United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Robert Andrzejewski came free, but Rasmus Sigman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rickard Brodin kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 6-0 became the score in the 32nd minute when Isac Walmarsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Walmarsson in the 35th minute of play forced Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Milosz Nakoneczny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Chopina Wejherowo's goalkeeper Milosz Nakoneczny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joakim Vennerlund. Fábio Brites could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Milosz Nakoneczny made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Fábio Brites took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Milosz Nakoneczny to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Chopina Wejherowo defense, Fábio Brites kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Milosz Nakoneczny. The Chopina Wejherowo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Milosz Nakoneczny should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fábio Brites to strike the kick off in the second half. Milosz Nakoneczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Vennerlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milosz Nakoneczny came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Newcastle United F.C.'s Joakim Vennerlund. But to his dismay, Joakim Vennerlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. In the 60th match minute, Newcastle United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Brodin to maneuver through the defense. Milosz Nakoneczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Vennerlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Fábio Brites made a precise shot to the right of Milosz Nakoneczny. Chopina Wejherowo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. In the 70th minute, Fábio Brites ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milosz Nakoneczny was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. In the 73rd minute Fábio Brites shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milosz Nakoneczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joakim Vennerlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milosz Nakoneczny having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Fábio Brites left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Newcastle United F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Milosz Nakoneczny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Brites in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Fábio Brites got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urban Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milosz Nakoneczny having to interfere. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 17-0 when Joakim Vennerlund sped through Chopina Wejherowo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Milosz Nakoneczny. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Newcastle United F.C. fully deserved thier win.
