An unexpectedly hard shot by Fu Lin Liang in the 10th minute of play forced Aro FC's goalkeeper Harry Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sune Svartengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TZITZIFIES's Iosif Labriakos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save TZITZIFIES from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute Sune Svartengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Labriakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aro FC's Harry Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jann Aasa in the 23rd minute of play. Harry Higuita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jann Aasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fu Lin Liang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Jann Aasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Higuita. Aro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jann Aasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some careless play in the Aro FC defense, Fu Lin Liang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harry Higuita. The Aro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harry Higuita should have stopped the shot. Harry Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fu Lin Liang in the 37th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Jann Aasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Ola Toivonen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jann Aasa took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Higuita. Harry Higuita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After the first half TZITZIFIES were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fu Lin Liang was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Aro FC's Harry Higuita got control of the ball when Fu Lin Liang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yan Shi Jing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Iosif Labriakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harry Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jann Aasa in the 59th minute of the match. TZITZIFIES were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Aro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmid Gernez took the corner. Ahmid Gernez made a great header on TZITZIFIES's corner, it was just that Aro FC's Harry Higuita managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 64th minute Aro FC were awarded a corner. Errikos Tsagaris went to the cornerflag to take it. Martin Östlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. The coaching staff of TZITZIFIES protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ahmid Gernez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TZITZIFIES! Ola Toivonen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sune Svartengren in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Labriakos saved TZITZIFIES from getting behind. Iosif Labriakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Svartengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Iosif Labriakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandu Musteatã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iosif Labriakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sune Svartengren in the 80th minute of the match. Errikos Tsagaris made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mats Sigman.
