Semail Kılıçer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Skoroda in the 8th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Alptuğ Behram came free, but Willy Van Linthout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alptuğ Behram took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Willy Van Linthout. Willy Van Linthout dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Newells Old Boys's Semail Kılıçer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jullian Vranx in the 16th minute of play. Willy Van Linthout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alptuğ Behram in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny N'Diaye in the 23rd minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hacı Ali Süvari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Willy Van Linthout made a huge save. Newells Old Boys were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Bruly's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Temel Ulubaş took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Temel Ulubaş got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Willy Van Linthout quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Temel Ulubaş got in the 26th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Willy Van Linthout. This was a shot which ended in a score of 2-1. Bruly's Luckas Cromefeldt got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tolek Skoroda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Osman Ali Sağlam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Willy Van Linthout tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Bruly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 史浩远 to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Alptuğ Behram got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes, Tolek Skoroda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bruly and the Newells Old Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bruly's Kristian Knudsen got a free kick in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Kenny N'Diaye came free, but Willy Van Linthout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jullian Vranx made a kick off. Semail Kılıçer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Skoroda in the 54th minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bruly's goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Semail Kılıçer made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Brend Schrevens sent off a good shot on target. Newells Old Boys's Semail Kılıçer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luckas Cromefeldt in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Jullian Vranx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Semail Kılıçer. Newells Old Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jullian Vranx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. With an all-out effort, Bruly's Semail Kılıçer threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 史浩远, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny N'Diaye in the 80th minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Jullian Vranx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semail Kılıçer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Bruly's Jullian Vranx made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Semail Kılıçer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Semail Kılıçer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luckas Cromefeldt in the 87th minute of play. Willy Van Linthout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny N'Diaye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Knudsen kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Jullian Vranx hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
