Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cecilio Tristan took the kick off in the first half of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Mario Rõõm in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Abuba Akotonon FC's J.J Okocha. Cecilio Tristan might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willy Van Linthout. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cecilio Tristan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 8th minute Cecilio Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Van Linthout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Abuba Akotonon FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Genaro Elivareo hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Phillipe Soetemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Abuba Akotonon FC's Cecilio Tristan in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bruly's goalie prevented a goal. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jullian Vranx in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Aurre came free, but Willy Van Linthout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brend Schrevens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruly's Willy Van Linthout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Abuba Akotonon FC's Hugo Orlando Gatti got control of the ball when Brend Schrevens tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jullian Vranx to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Mario Rõõm threw the ball into play from the sideline. Abuba Akotonon FC's J.J Okocha quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Cecilio Tristan came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Abuba Akotonon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Tristan couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jullian Vranx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Orlando Gatti was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Willy Van Linthout made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 66th minute. Abuba Akotonon FC's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Skoroda in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jullian Vranx came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willy Van Linthout made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Genaro Elivareo sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Cecilio Tristan made a precise shot to the right of Willy Van Linthout. Bruly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Willy Van Linthout came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Abuba Akotonon FC's Cecilio Tristan. But to his dismay, Cecilio Tristan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
