If Apolo Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Winthont FC defense, Apolo Lauaxeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Beerthuis. The Winthont FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Beerthuis should have stopped the shot. Jacobus Lubbers who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Antonio Chabier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Saturno's Antonio Chabier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex de Rudder in the 16th minute of play. Winthont FC's attack was well implemented in the 16th minute, but when Alex de Rudder was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Antonio Chabier was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Alex de Rudder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alex de Rudder really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Antonio Chabier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex de Rudder in the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute Max Landzaat managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. In the 27th minute, Winthont FC's Alex de Rudder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. With a little luck, Saturno's Antonio Chabier got control of the ball when Jacobus Lubbers tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Berend de Visscher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Apolo Lauaxeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dennis Beerthuis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. If Emanuel Meck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Apolo Lauaxeta made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Saturno getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Bernardo Ugaitz hit a great ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Apolo Lauaxeta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saturno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Lauaxeta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex de Rudder in the 63rd minute of play forced Saturno's goalkeeper Antonio Chabier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Saturno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Meck didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ivo Henselmans hit a great ball. After 69 played minutes, Saturno's Emanuel Timo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dennis Beerthuis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saturno reached it. 71 minutes into the match, Alex de Rudder notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Saturno's Antonio Chabier. Antonio Chabier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saturno's Gert Gronden was substituted for Emanuel Timo. A throw-in in the 77th minute of the game was made by Jorn de Zwaan with Alex de Rudder as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 80th minute, Alex de Rudder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winthont FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. 85 minutes into the game, Winthont FC's Alex de Rudder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Chabier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. 88 minutes into the game, Alex de Rudder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Antonio Chabier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Quintana during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Saturno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Quintana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Saturno's Adolfo Quintana got a free kick in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Winthont FC's Alex de Rudder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Chabier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Winthont FC fully deserved thier win.
