In the 5th minute Osvaldinho Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Kopanakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolis Kalergis, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Iordanis Kopanakis came out of the goal and Osvaldinho Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Seahawks V55's Giotis Diamantopoulos got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to Seahawks V55 getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ntinos Papachronakos hit a great ball. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Encanto's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manolis Kalergis was slow to take the kick. During this time Seahawks V55's players had a chance to rest.
If Osvaldinho Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 played minutes Seahawks V55 got a freekick which was hit by Giotis Diamantopoulos. João Adolfo Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Encanto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Manolis Kalergis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Encanto's Nico Tasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Encanto from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardinho Paes during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Seahawks V55 booed when Encanto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iordanis Kopanakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Manolis Kalergis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
