Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Osvaldinho Rocha made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Nicky Bryson got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Osvaldinho Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Encanto's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldinho Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannes Ruttens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicky Bryson scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nico Tasso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Ronalds Koeman in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Encanto's João Adolfo Santana. Iwan Dranka kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Al Whatley got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvaldinho Rocha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jannes Ruttens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Rocha in the 14th minute of play forced C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Jannes Ruttens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Rocha came free, but Jannes Ruttens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beto Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nico Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nico Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicky Bryson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Tasso having to interfere. After the first half C. A. Pipon Pipon were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicky Bryson to make the kick off. Nicky Bryson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 51stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Nico Tasso would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Nico Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Montenegro in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Travassos to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Encanto's Nico Tasso got control of the ball when Nicky Bryson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Nicky Bryson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nico Tasso, 0-2. When Osvaldinho Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encanto's protests and gave Osvaldinho Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C. A. Pipon Pipon booed when Encanto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, Nicky Bryson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 minutes, Ronalds Koeman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Pipon Pipon and the Encanto players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th minute, one of C. A. Pipon Pipon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C. A. Pipon Pipon. Cesario Irazu kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Ronalds Koeman. Nico Tasso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicky Bryson in the 94th minute. C. A. Pipon Pipon's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
