Candido Garin was slow to take the kick. During this time Cavallino Rampante II's players had a chance to rest. In the 16th minute, Ubaldo Gonzales made a precise shot to the right of Dean Watts. Amputees FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ernesto Fe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Laing's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Carleton Howie hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Gonzales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dean Watts. Amputees FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Gonzales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Art Kidman charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Art Kidman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for Cavallino Rampante II. Ubaldo Gonzales stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dean Watts. 0-3. Dean Watts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivo Oja's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Ivo Oja sped through Amputees FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dean Watts. Ed Royans hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amputees FC's zone, Ubaldo Gonzales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dean Watts came out of the goal and Ubaldo Gonzales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abraham Laing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Fe having to interfere. Ivo Oja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Ivo Oja made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Amputees FC booed when Cavallino Rampante II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Olivar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Laing in the 51st minute of play forced Cavallino Rampante II's goalkeeper Ernesto Fe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ubaldo Gonzales took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dean Watts. Dean Watts dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 62 minutes into the game, Abraham Laing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Ernesto Fe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Cavallino Rampante II getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ubaldo Gonzales hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Cavallino Rampante II's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Roach came free, but Ernesto Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Laing in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Fe saved Cavallino Rampante II from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dean Watts was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Marcus Roach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dean Watts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Jarosiewicz's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Amputees FC's goalkeeper Dean Watts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubaldo Gonzales. The Cavallino Rampante II fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
