In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Invictus FC's goalkeeper Eddy Stoorms, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sean Mallecots got free with Ernesto Fe in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Sean Mallecots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 27th minute Sean Mallecots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sean Mallecots's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Fe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Cavallino Rampante II booed when Invictus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxwell van Beek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Olivar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eddy Stoorms. Invictus FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Invictus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Olivar came free, but Eddy Stoorms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sean Mallecots's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Fe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sean Mallecots in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Fe saved Cavallino Rampante II from getting behind. Eddy Stoorms showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Gonzales in the 41st minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, Cavallino Rampante II's Candido Garin made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eddy Stoorms was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernesto Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sean Mallecots, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, Invictus FC's Maxwell van Beek got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sean Mallecots to strike the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sean Mallecots in the 52nd minute of the match. Invictus FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafet Şikel in the 56th minute. Eddy Stoorms was a little too slow when Cleto Polentzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 4-3. Cavallino Rampante II's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
