An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudemiro Madureira in the 6th minute of play forced Alvi Verde's goalkeeper Téo Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Alvi Verde were awarded a corner. Attila Kiss went to the cornerflag to take it. Alvi Verde's Téo Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Lixandro in the 30th minute of play. If Leandro Heidemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alvi Verde's zone, Rodolfo Faria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Leite came out of the goal and Rodolfo Faria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Qiu Chuan Ran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cuero Buseth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Heidemann in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonzalo Lixandro to strike the kick off in the second half. Qiu Chuan Ran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilbert Ugalde in the 51st minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cuero Buseth came free, but Qiu Chuan Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Heidemann in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qiu Chuan Ran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute Leandro Heidemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiu Chuan Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Peker Suersan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran did a great save. 91 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Perfecto notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran. Qiu Chuan Ran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Téo Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Lixandro, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Perfecto in the 95th minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Alvi Verde were victorious despite being under pressure from Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. for much of the match.
