The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Ventura got free with Hugon Raszkiewicz in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Lixandro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Opus Dei's Hugon Raszkiewicz. Hugon Raszkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Opus Dei's Hugon Raszkiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Opus Dei from getting a goal against them. Jörgen Sander kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Opus Dei getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Patryk Ptaszek hit a great ball. The supporters of Opus Dei booed when Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. 蔡风挺 didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Olaf Wojno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claudemiro Madureira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Opus Dei's Hugon Raszkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Lixandro in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Opus Dei's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Lixandro came free, but Hugon Raszkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Hugon Raszkiewicz made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Patryk Lisewski notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran. Qiu Chuan Ran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörgen Sander during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Qiu Chuan Ran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Degutis in the 58th minute of the match. Hugon Raszkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Faria in the 63rd minute of play. Olaf Wojno's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Qiu Chuan Ran skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The attack was good, but when Olaf Wojno in the 66th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Modesto Bras was substituted for Israel Carvalhal. After 77 played minutes Opus Dei got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Zembrzuski. Hugon Raszkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Ventura in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Denis Degutis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiu Chuan Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Patryk Lisewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Opus Dei's supporters rose to their feet, but Patryk Lisewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Qiu Chuan Ran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugon Raszkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Ventura, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Raimundo Ventura took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugon Raszkiewicz. Hugon Raszkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 88 minutes into the game, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Rodolfo Faria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugon Raszkiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Qiu Chuan Ran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Degutis in the 92nd minute of play. Opus Dei's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
