WAU team's Benjamim Nunes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save WAU team from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Rodolfo Perfecto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by WAU team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Attila Kiss was slow to take the kick. During this time Alvi Verde's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fernando de Toledo got free with Téo Leite in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Alvi Verde's Leandro Heidemann in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Alvi Verde's Leandro Heidemann in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye WAU team's goalie prevented a goal. 93 minutes into the match, WAU team's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Heidemann came free, but Benjamim Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvi Verde walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
