Salvador Sordo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Rambert in the 4th minute of play. Salvador Sordo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 慕容 复 in the 7th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samim Nevsal in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salvador Sordo saved Eureka from getting behind. If 慕容 复 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valentim Castilho in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Isak Björkdal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Valentim Castilho kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Eureka's goal looked a bit too open when Samim Nevsal came free, but Salvador Sordo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Joakim Termander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samim Nevsal in the 27th minute of play forced Eureka's goalkeeper Salvador Sordo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentim Castilho got free with Isak Björkdal in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, TSIGALKO's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Portugal came free, but Isak Björkdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Isak Björkdal managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Eureka's Laureano Portugal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eureka were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after TSIGALKO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lisandro Luz took the corner. In the 32nd minute of the match Eureka got a corner. TSIGALKO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lisandro Luz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Salvador Sordo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 慕容 复, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eureka's Lisandro Luz got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After a defensive mix-up in TSIGALKO's zone, Dário Colaço stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isak Björkdal came out of the goal and Dário Colaço tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isak Björkdal came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Eureka's Laureano Portugal. But to his dismay, Laureano Portugal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Eureka's Salvador Sordo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Eureka from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, TSIGALKO's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Colaço came free, but Isak Björkdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Samim Nevsal took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Salvador Sordo to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Portugal in the 72nd minute of play forced TSIGALKO's goalkeeper Isak Björkdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eureka's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
