Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) AC Civetta Notturna's Bernardo Carbonaro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mark Evans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Laurentzi in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Quitilipi's Cayetano Bazkoare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mark Evans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Bazkoare in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mark Evans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Quitilipi's Cayetano Bazkoare in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Civetta Notturna's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, Eugenio Pardini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mark Evans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Laurentzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Laurentzi in the 17th minute of play forced AC Civetta Notturna's goalkeeper Mark Evans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Lartaun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mark Evans having to make a save. When Marcelo Laurentzi got free in front of the goal in the 19th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mark Evans was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Godfried Taverniers kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. AC Civetta Notturna's Mark Evans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Lartaun in the 23rd minute of play. Marcelo Laurentzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mark Evans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelo Laurentzi ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Marcelo Laurentzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quitilipi's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Laurentzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Evans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mark Evans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Laurentzi in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, AC Civetta Notturna's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Bazkoare came free, but Mark Evans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Quitilipi booed when AC Civetta Notturna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corrado Malinconico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corrado Malinconico made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Quitilipi's Hermengildo Ibon. Mark Evans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inocencio Lartaun went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Mark Evans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Laurentzi in the 48th minute of play forced AC Civetta Notturna's goalkeeper Mark Evans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

51 minutes into the game, Cayetano Bazkoare cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Mark Evans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Inocencio Lartaun could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Mark Evans however easily saved by the left post. Mark Evans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arí Lucas in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Quitilipi were awarded a corner. Arí Lucas went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Marcelo Laurentzi heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cayetano Bazkoare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to AC Civetta Notturna getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Aldo Ruscitti hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Carbonaro came free, but Saul Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Lartaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mark Evans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play, AC Civetta Notturna's Bernardo Carbonaro made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saul Suarez was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80th minute, Marcelo Laurentzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mark Evans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Quitilipi made a substitution. Lisandro Joanes replaced Inocencio Lartaun. The supporters of AC Civetta Notturna booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Laurentzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quitilipi's Aureliano Poncio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Corrado Malinconico, made in the 89th minute of the game. The supporters of AC Civetta Notturna booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Laurentzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to AC Civetta Notturna getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Godfried Taverniers hit a great ball. The AC Civetta Notturna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quitilipi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
