Everardo Tiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Bazkoare in the 18th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Cayetano Bazkoare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quitilipi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Cayetano Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Quitilipi's Saul Suarez got control of the ball when Jesus Shantala tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute Marcelo Laurentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Tiso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Inocencio Lartaun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quitilipi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Quitilipi's attentive Hermengildo Ibon managed to snatch the ball when Justino Bartoleme made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 44th minute, Arí Lucas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quitilipi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jesus Shantala to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tienso's Israel Hitz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Everardo Tiso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cayetano Bazkoare in the 55th minute. Marcelo Laurentzi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Everardo Tiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Laurentzi in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Tienso's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Lucas came free, but Everardo Tiso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Tiso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quitilipi. Saul Suarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 75 played minutes Tienso got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Shantala. In the 77th minute, Tienso's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cayetano Bazkoare fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Tienso getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Charles Attwood hit a great ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Inocencio Lartaun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 93rd minute, Cayetano Bazkoare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quitilipi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
