Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Chico in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Runar Støen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Slawomir Derlanga took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Runar Støen to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Aimar in the 23rd minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Runar Støen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Runar Støen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Chico went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Runar Støen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Federico Aimar went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Åsnes's zone, Slawomir Derlanga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Runar Støen came out of the goal and Slawomir Derlanga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Daniel Dehli hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Leonardo Chico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Runar Støen. Åsnes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Chico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 60th match minute, Åsnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnt Honningsvåg to maneuver through the defense. Runar Støen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Chico's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 71st minute Federico Aimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Runar Støen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Deuce Athletic Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. There was no doubt that Deuce Athletic Club were the better team. Deuce Athletic Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
